ABOUT US
Arte Gioconda was born from the love for art and for beauties.
We have been working for years alongside the most prestigious museums and art galleries to promote culture through T-shirts or other objects that show artworks by important classical and contemporary artists to the general public.
We do not limit ourselves to the simple printing of the work but we try to suggest new ways of looking at the most famous paintings in the history of art through unprecedented cuts or by focusing on a detail rather than the complete work.
We did not stop at art: our country, with its great variety of breathtaking landscapes, offers a spectacle that is different every time someone admires it.
Lakes, mountains, rivers, hills, countryside, small or large villages rich in history and charm, leave deep emotions and memories, which are difficult to erase, in the hearts of the visitor.
Arte Gioconda aims to celebrate also this side of the Italian beauty and for this reason we have designed T-shirts representing landscapes such as the one of Lake Iseo, born on the occasion of the Floating Piers exhibition by the artist Christo.
The T-Shirts dedicated to cities overlap texts of modern calligraphy on high resolution images of important landscapes or monuments.
We have printed and continue to design several T-shirts that represent the most important Italian cities of art and their historic villages, including the city where our project was born: Bergamo.

Lastly, I'm Valentina, from Bergamo, Italy and I'm the founder of Arte Gioconda. I've two children, Gaia and Gualtiero, and I'm married with Giovanni. In the first two photos I'm visiting the beautiful exposition of Alberto Burri in Città di Castello, Umbria, Italy (ex seccatoi del tabacco), the original town of my husband. In the third one I'm in the Dolomiti mountains with my family (I hope they'll never see it, as they could kill me to have published it...).
